You will need this and be capable with web and email. I communicate heavily using these mediums and I expect you to do so as well.

You should be comfortable joining the online group I have set up for my novices and be willing to share your experiences and contribute to the conversation
Consent to recording and storing personal information

You will need to give consent to record your personal and E.G.C. status information using an online form. This means you consent to storing your information online.
Membership in a local body
Membership in a local body
I require that you are affiliated and pay dues to a local body. Support of bodies in which you wish to serve is essential to your process.
A desire for excellence
A desire for excellence
I expect that you will give 100% of what you are capable of at all times when working within the E.G.C.. I also expect that you will work to improve your skills over time so that your 100% improves. Please note – I realize that emergencies happen, do your best in these situations. When present and celebrating the mass, give it all you got.

I will require that you report your EGC activities when requested. Not reporting is grounds for not allowing you to serve in the mass.

Through further study and work in understanding its Mysteries, I expect that you will indulge your curiosity for the Mysteries.
Core Proficiencies
Core Proficiencies
Technical Proficiency — This includes performance ability, knowledge of policy and procedures, and the ability to celebrate the Gnostic Mass regularly. It is expected that you will attend all U.S.G.L. and local ecclesiastical training sessions that you are eligible and able to attend.
Knowledge — You should have a basic knowledge of the symbolism of the mass, the history and liturgy of the Church, and sacerdotal theory and practice. An ongoing study of leadership and organizational psychology will also be expected.
Magical training — A basic magical proficiency and ongoing study and furthering of your magical training through initiation in the Man of Earth initiations will be required. Knowledge and familiarity of your initiation study guides is essential. Active participation in the initiation rituals both as an attendee and officer as well as attending further educational offerings of initiation related subjects will be expected. A general study of the holy books and general magical study is expected.

You will be expected to engage in various assessments with me during your time working with me such as:
Private and group discussions of your self study
Walk-through of the mass in all roles to determine the depth with which you are currently studying the mass.
Submission of a report of your EGC activities when requested.
Private one on one conversations and mentorship regarding your overall progress.
Termination of Supervision
Termination of Supervision
Sometimes things just don't work out and you will want to find another Bishop. This is acceptable to me - you will need to secure the permission of that Bishop to transfer supervision and both of us will need to agree it is a useful transition.
I may also terminate my supervision of you should you no longer be a good fit from my point of view. This could be any of the following:
Refusal on your part to respond to reporting
Unfraternal behavior
Actions which are not compatable with my supervision
Racism, sexism, bigotry or bullying (online or otherwise)

From the revised Vision and Values statement adopted by the Supreme Grand Counsel and fully endorsed by the Electoral College:

The supervisory relationship will be terminated if the novice engages in any behavior that is against this Vision and Values Statement whether it be in person at an O.T.O. Lodge, in the general public, or online. All novices under my supervision deserve to have a comfortable relationship with their Siblings and as such, overt racism, sexism and bigotry will not be tolerated.
It is my goal to facilitate your work in E.G.C. and to provide you with a relationship that allows for you to come to me for discussions about your process.
